Cinco De Mayo – Naturalization Ceremony

A naturalization ceremony for new citizens of the United States is scheduled to take place at 1pm on Friday, May 3, 2024 at Tom McCall Waterfront Park on SW Naito Parkway, Portland, Oregon. This ceremony is an integral part of the Portland-Guadalajara Sister City Association (PGSCA) annual Cinco de Mayo celebration. PGSCA sponsors the annual naturalization ceremony in partnership with the Portland U.S. Office of Citizenship and Immigration Services.
