Fiesta Information:
The Cinco de Mayo fiesta boasts three full days packed with festivities and culturally immersive programming at Tom McCall Waterfront Park in downtown Portland. During the event, festival-goers can experience the spirit of Mexico through music, arts, dance, and sport.
What will be taking place during the Fiesta?
Friday May 5th:
School assembly 10am-11am
Naturalization Ceremony 1pm-2pm
Performances throughout the day on the main stage and Plaza de Ninos stage.
Saturday May 6th:
Performances throughout the day on the main stage and Plaza de Ninos stage.
Sunday May 7th:
Mariachi Mass 10am-11am
Performances throughout the day on the main stage and Plaza de Ninos stage.

Fiesta Food & Merchandise Vendor Program Overview
Applications will be considered based on quality, product diversity, and price point. To be considered, 2023 Cinco de Mayo Fiesta Food Vendor applications must be submitted online by March 3, 2023. Applications must include a complete list of items to be sold, the price (or range) of each item, and a photo or detailed drawing of the booth set-up. Applications missing these requirements will not be considered.
Food Vendor Pricing
Pricing includes a canopy, general overhead lighting, one 20 amp/120-volt electrical outlet, water, garbage/recycling service, and 24-hour security.
Food Vendor:
20′ x 20′ = $1,450+ 20% of sales
10′ x 20′ = $1,250+ 20% of sales
10’ x 10’ = $850 + 20% of sales
All food vendors are on a flat fee plus 20% of gross sales whichever is greater. Booth space can not be shared or sublet to another other entity than listed on the certificate of insurance.
Merchandise Vendor Pricing
Pricing includes a canopy, general overhead lighting, one 5 amp/120-volt electrical outlet, water, garbage/recycling service, and 24-hour security.
